Meet the Stefanie Stockberger Group! 

 

Stefanie fell in love with real estate over a decade ago and her passion for the industry and serving others motivates her to learn, grow and excel. Stefanie Stockberger Group Real Estate was founded in 2007 with a purpose deeply founded in prioritizing Stefanie’s family values: Faith, Family, Business. She quickly became a strong producing agent and team leader. Stefanie’s focus is on streamlining business systems, giving personalized-attentive service and being a servant leader. Stefanie is part of a husband (Brad)/wife team and their oldest son (Jacob) joined them in 2019.

 

It is all about being LOCAL—Stefanie was raised in Canton, SD (a small town right outside of Sioux Falls, South Dakota) and has lived in the community for almost 50 years. Strong knowledge of the area allows the group to narrow in on specific areas of interest for clients. The years lived in the community has also established an incredibly strong network for the group to tap into for marketing, looking for off market properties, and area information
